To identify these leading programs and initiatives, WBR has enlisted a distinguished, unbiased panel of defense sector leaders to accurately and objectively evaluate the HCMD awards categories that support our military operations. The winners will exemplify the best in current initiatives and undoubtedly inspire other agencies and commands to follow their example.

DEADLINE, RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES

Awards will be announced and given to the 2009 winners at the gala cocktail reception to be held on the evening of February 24th at the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, VA. Our objective Advisory Board will evaluate and score each application through a transparent process.

To be considered for the HCMD Awards, your nomination must meet the following requirements:

  • Each nomination should include answers to all of the questions, as well as the attached supporting documents, figures, testimonials, which you are encouraged to include.
  • The entries must be received by 11:59pm EST, January 23, 2009. No late entries will be accepted. The contact person listed on the Application Submission Form will be contacted via e-mail upon receipt of your nomination.
  • All nomination forms MUST be complete and contain the signature of entrant.
  • Each category contains multiple questions, which add up to 100%. Each nomination must answer all questions listed. Failure to answer any portion of the application may result in the forfeit of the nomination. If your nomination fails to meet the requirements and format noted herewith, you may be disqualified. The judges and organizer are not obliged to disclose judging decisions, feedback or scores given.
  • Judging organizations are excluded from judging categories in which they have submitted an application.
