Anyone active in the field of electronic trading of equities in Europe can enter.
Anyone can enter a third party’s performance or you can enter your own firm or even yourself. One Nomination only per form. You may enter more than one Category (using a separate form for each one). Please do not submit duplicate Nominations.
To ensure you are entering the most appropriate Category(ies) please read carefully the nomination criteria for those Categories in which you are interested. For each Category entered please state the specific company and department if applicable) to which the person, team or product/.service you are nominating is associated with.
To enter, you must submit two required materials – the Nomination Form and the Summary Statement. Submission of up to two additional pieces of supporting documentation is optional.
Summary Statement
Each nomination must have a Summary Statement (500 words maximum) in clear English stating why this Nomination should win in its Category.
Evidence of Achievement
The Judges require nominations to have strong supporting materials for each Nomination, with a maximum of two documents. Please include clear evidence of achievement and/or explanation of why the achievement is significant or innovative. Financial results, news stories from relevant media organisations, documents from independent research organisations, relevant media copies of press releases and testimonials from clients, etc are helpful.
When entering “of the year” Categories, the Judges expect to review projects that have come to fruition with measurable results over the previous 12 months.
All the information contained in the nominations which is marked “confidential” will remain so.
The panel of Judges will also review relevant websites so exact urls and access codes should be provided.
The most important point to focus on when preparing the supporting evidence is ensuring they are clear and relevant. Please attach the most straight-forward and tangible evidence you can to support the each Nomination.
- Nominations received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- The Judges reserve the right to disqualify any nomination not fully completed or not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation.
