Ромуальд Рытвински родился 24 октября 1952 года в Ольштыне (Польша). После окончания Политехнического университета в Варшаве он начал карьеру в автомобильной компании FSO в Варшаве.
В 1994 году Ромуальд начал работать в отделении Дженерал Моторз в Польше на должности директора по персоналу, закупкам и взаимодействию с государственными структурами. В 1996 году он получил назначение в компанию NUMMI (New United Motor Manufacturing Inc - совместное предприятие между GM и Toyota) в Фремонте, штат Калифорния. Во время своего пребывания в США он прошел Курс Менеджмента в Стэндфордском университете.
В апреле 2000 г-н Рытвински был переведен в Международный центр технического развития Опель в Рюссельсхайме на должность директора по разработке новых моделей автомобилей в малом классе. В сентябре 2002 года он был назначен генеральным директором Джи Эм Польша и Opel Polska.
В апреле 2008 года, Ромуальд Рытвински занял пост генерального директора и руководителя производства GM в Испании. В сентябре 2010 года Ромуальд Рытвински возглавил производство Дженерал Моторз в России и СНГ.

Romuald Rytwinski, born in Olsztyn, Poland, on October 24th, 1952. Upon graduation from the Warsaw Polytechnical University he started a career at the FSO Polish automobile manufacturing company, in Warsaw.
In 1994 Mr. Rytwinski joined the General Motors Poland Subsidiary as Director for HR, Procurement and Relations with Governmental Structures. In 1996 he got an appointment at NUMMI (New United Motor Manufacturing Inc., a Joint Venture of GM and Toyota) in Fremont, CA. During his work in the USA he completed the Courses of Management at the Stanford University.
In April, 2000 Mr. Rytwinski was promoted to a position of Director for Engineering of new small class vehicles at the Opel International Technical Development Centre in Rüsselsheim, Germany. In September, 2002 he was appointed to a position of General Director of GM Poland and Opel Polska.
In April, 2008 Mr. Rytwinski was appointed to a position of General Director and Production Manager of GM Spain.
As of September, 2010 Mr. Rytwinski is the General Director and Production Manager of General Motors, Russia and CIS countries.

Pilar Gonzalez Artolra has been working for GESTAMP GROUP for the last 12 years. Since 2009 she is based in Russia, working for Gestemp Severstal Vsevolozhsk. With an engineering degree from Fachhochschule in Germany, she developed her career, starting as a sales engineer, through to Greenfield Projects Director and a Process Engineering Director, after which she was appointed as a General Manager.

В 1978 закончил Ленинградский Военно-Механический Институт («Военмех», ныне Балтийский Государственный Технический Университет) До 1990 года работал в оборонной промышленности в Научно-исследовательском Институте, начав свою деятельность инженером-испытателем и завершив старшим научным сотрудником, является автором 35 печатных работ и изобретений. С 1990 г стал соучредителем ряда коммерческих и производственных организаций. В 1992 вместе с тремя партнерами организовал компанию Интеркос-IV, занимающуюся разработкой и изготовлением штампов, пресс-форм, контрольных и сварочных приспособлений, производством штампованных деталей и являющуюся на сегодняшний день поставщиком всего Российского автопрома и ряда крупнейших зарубежных автопроизводителей. Генеральный директор в течение 2,5 лет. В настоящее время – Председатель совета директоров, Директор по стратегическому развитию. Является одним из руководителей инвестиционного проекта по строительству завода штампованных компонентов и сервисного металлоцентра, осуществляемому ЗАО «Интеркос-IV» с 2007 года. Женат, имеет троих детей.

Strategic Development Director of CJSC “Intercos-IV”, Chairman of the Board Was born in 1955. In 1978 graduated from Leningrad Military-Mechanical Institute (“Voenmeh” today Baltic State technical University) Up to 1990 worked in military industry in Research Institute starting his activity as a test engineer and finished as a senior research engineer. Is an author of 35 issued papers and inventions. Since 1990 has become cofounder of a number of commercial and manufacturing companies. In 1992 with 3 partners founder Intercos-IV, CJSC. A Company which deals with design and manufacturing of dies, molds, checking and welding fixtures, produces pressed parts, is an OEM’s supplier. Nowdays, Intercos-IV, CJSC is the principal supplier of the Russian automobile industry and of the largest foreign motor-car manufactures. For 2,5 was General director of the Company, today is Chairman of the Board, Strategic Development Director. He is one of the leaders of the investment project on construction of a factory pressed components and steel service center, by CJSC “Intercos-IV” since 2007. Is married, has 3 children.

Симонов Максим Владимирович родился 24 августа 1978 года. 24.06.2000 получил диплом Самарской Государственной экономической академии по специальности «Бухгалтерский учет и аудит в промышленности».
С 1998 года по 2002 год работал в Акционерном коммерческом банке «Земский банк». С 2003 года работает в Открытом акционерном обществе «Пластик». В настоящее время совмещает должности директора ОАО «Пластик» (г. Сызрань) и ЗАО «Вланкас» (г. Санкт-Петербург) и является слушателем программы EMBA Стокгольмской школы экономики. Женат, двое сыновей.

Simonov Maxim was bourn on the 24th of August 1978. In 200 he graduated from Samara State School of Economics and was qualified in accounting and auditing.
He worked in Zemelny Bank from 1998 till 2002. Since 2003 he is with OAO 'Plastic'. At present he acts as a director in OAO 'Plastic' and in ZAO 'Vlankas'. at present he is taking an EMBA General Management course at Stockholm School of Economics. Married with two children.

Eric Rasmussen is the EBRD's Director for Industry, Commerce and Agribusiness in Russia. Eric has lived and worked in Russia for more than 12 years. He has been with the EBRD since 1995 and worked with a large number of diverse industrial projects across many regions in Russia. Eric holds a Cand.Merc. and Law from Aarhus Business School, Denmark, and an MBA University of Leuven, Belgium.
