Peter LAKATOS was born in Budapest, in 1961. He graduated from the Technical University of Budapest as an electrical engineer in 1983. He went on to perform scientific work as Ph.D. student in computer sciences on “Man-Machine Interaction”.
He started his professional career at Műszertechnika Zrt. in 1986, where he participated among others in the establishment of the Eastern European foreign trade and the world-wide sourcing activity of the company. He played a prominent part in the set-up of the office automation business line of the company. He has been deputy CEO and Member of the Board of Műszertechnika ZRt. since 1991.
In 1991 he joined the shareholders of Videoton Holding Zrt, where he is a co-CEO and a member in the Board of Directors even today. Since 2007 he has been the joint owner and honorary president of Bravogroup. He and his wife Éva CSIBY established and have operate the charity website www.ad6kap6.hu made by Webconsult.hu Kft, a member of the Bravogroup, in 2008.

He took up his first job in a Textile company in Los Angeles in 1994. Returning to Turkey in 1996 as a third generation representative he took charge of the sales department as a deputy manager. He moved on to the finance department between 2000-2002 and the law department in 2002 - 2003.
Taking charge of the Newport Intercity Passenger Transportation Company as operation manager between the years 2003-2005, he became the General Manager of the Mermerler Automotive Company at the end of year 2005.

Owning a big dealer and service network in Turkey; Mermerler Automotive maintains it’s negotiations with many Chinese and far eastern companies and has incorporated additional automobile distributorships besides Chery under the leadership of Murat Mermer.

plant Hildesheim after his graduation from University of Göttingen.

Originally, Mr. Herbert Rupp began his professional career as a certified Mechanical Engineer, then further broadened his skills and education with a degree in Industrial Engineering / Plant & Labour Management. Herbert Rupp’s foreign assignments contrasted from a number of different job orientations at – Carl Schenk A.G., Darmstadt, BÖWE GmbH, Augsburg, and Walter Dittel GmbH, Lansberg, where he became Managing Director. In 1993, Knorr Bremse GmbH approached Herbert with the challenge of developing their troublesome factory in Kecskemét. The result: production numbers rose by 850%, and labour force increased by 40% by the end of his two and a half years management. When he was proposed to direct the then small 20 man Hungarian plant of Zeuna Stärker GmbH in 1996, he accepted, little didn’t he know that this would be his last vocation for a corporate. After having maximized the factory to a 300 man operation, and increasing the annual turnover of 550 thousand DM to 60 million Euro, Herbert Rupp retired from his position as Managing Director. Today, Herbert Rupp runs his own company, developing the skills of the Hungarian labour force to exceed the ever-changing, foreign driven market.
