Orhan Ozer was born in 1957 in Bursa. After completing his high school education in Galatasaray High School, he graduated from Middle East Technical University Faculty of Business Administration. After several managerial experiences in the private sector, he joined Toyota Turkey in 1995 as Vice President Finance and Administration. In December 2002, he transferred to Toyota Motor Europe in Brussels as Vice President Information Systems, Accounting & Finance. In July 2008, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Toyota Turkey. As of July 1st, 2010, Orhan Ozer appointed as the President & CEO of Toyota Turkey. Mr.Ozer is married and has two children.
Born in 1963, Wolf-Dieter Kurz completed his primary and secondary eduction in Germany. He graduated from the University in Karlsruhe with diploma in industrial engineering & business administration. He started his career with Mercedes-Benz, Germany in 1989 in the passenger vehicle division. After various positions in sales & marketing, aftersales & parts, project and product management, he was appointed in 2003 as the head of After Sales Technics. Between 2004-2009 he worked at Daimler Headquarter, Germany as head of Marketing Mercedes-Benz Passenger Vehicles. In 2009, he was assigned as President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz Türk, a company which has been active in Turkey for 44 years and currently employs more than 4.000 people with two production sites in Turkey. Wolf-Dieter Kurz is married and has two daughters.
Started his carrier in 1983 as process engineer at Otosan A.Ş. He has worked at various management levels of MP&L and Purchasing, lead several system launches. In 1998, he was assigned as Plant manager and lead transition from being low volume local manufacturer in Istanbul to global manufacturer in Kocaeli. He was the first Operation Manager of New Kocaeli Plant in 2001. In 2007-2008 he joined Ford of Europe management team and was assigned as Cologne Site Director responsible for Vehicle Operation of Ford Plants in Cologne. In 2009, he returned back to Ford Otosan as Deputy General Manager. Since March 2010 he is leading Ford Otosan - JV between Ford Motor Company & Koc Holding- as General Manager.
Münür Yavuz was born in 1965. Graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1987 as mechanical engineer. He has been working in automotive since 1990 ; Toyota for 10 years and then Karsan for 9 years. He was assigned as CEO of MAN Türkiye plant on july 2009.
Altan Aytaç joined Tofaş in 1992, and was initially part of the team that set up the CBU logistics department. Until 2008, he took over various responsibilities in commercial and industrial areas, including Outbound Logistics Management, Commercial Projects Coordination, Fiat Brand Management, and Alfa Romeo & Lancia Business Directorate. In March 2008, he was appointed in his current post as the Supply Chain Director, responsible for the inbound and outbound logistics operations of the company.
Ismail Sumer graduated from Istanbul Technical University as an Electrical Engineer in 1986 and he had his master degree on Sysyems and Information Processing at Florida Institute of Technology, USA in 1989. He started his automotive career in Toyota Turkey in 1992 and worked in Toyota Japan as an intra company transferee for 1,5 years. In 1997, he joined to Honda Turkey where he held a number of positions before being promoted to Director of Factory and member of Board. Ismail Sumer is also board member of Automotive Manufacturers Association.
I was born in Istanbul in 1965. I am graduated from Galatasaray high school, in 1984. I attended Middle East Technical University in Mechanical Engineering division. I began working in METEKSAN paper mill before national service; then moved to automotive industry and I was hired by TOFAŞ in 1991 in manufacturing division. In 1992, I joined OYAK RENAULT in development division as an engine tune up engineer. I worked, consecutively, on Renault19, Renault21 and Megane project. I promoted as a chief of transversal function in 2001, I was responsible for durability test, acoustic, process lay out, plant infrastructure, automation, time management, method control, vehicle geometry. After 17 years of engineering career, in 2009 I joined human resources and public affaire division as chief of external relation department. I ‘m married, have a daughter. I’m skiing, playing tennis, playing football and jogging.
Murat Mermer was Born in 1971 in Yesilkoy, İstanbul. Graduating from the Cavusoğlu High School in 1988, he attended the Kyrenia American University in Northern Cyprus. He was transferred to the Los Angeles American Global University, Business Management Department on the third year of his education from which he graduated succesfully in 1994.
Starting his business life in 1994 , he took up his first job in a Textile company in Los Angeles. Having spent two years in the textile business, he returned to Turkey in 1996 to take over the family business as a third generation representative. Murat Mermer worked in all of the Group business departments and companies before he took charge of the sales department as a deputy manager which he managed up to the year 2000. Experiencing every aspect of business life, he moved on to the finance department between 2000-2002 and the law department in 2002 - 2003.
Taking charge of the Newport Intercity Passenger Transportation Company as operation manager between the years 2003-2005, he became the General Manager of the Mermerler Automotive Company at the end of year 2005 and started all trade relations with China.
İn 2006, Mermerler Automotive signed a distributorship agreement with China’s biggest local automobile manufacturer Chery. Bearing the experience of the Mazda Turkey distributorship for over 22 years Mermerler Automotive opened a new era in the Turkish automotive history.
Owning a big dealer and service network in Turkey; Mermerler Automotive maintains it’s negotiations with many Chinese and far eastern companies and has incorporated additional automobile distributorships besides Chery under the leadership of Murat Mermer.
Following the bequest of his late Grandfather Mr.Muzaffer Mermer, Murat Mermer’s primary goal is to produce a local brand in Turkey. Murat Mermer who realized that the first move to achieve his objective is to produce the vehicles which his company has already been distributing, decides to take all necessary steps to build a Vehicle and Engine production plant in Karasu, Turkey.
Murat Mermer who received the “ most successful young business man of 2011” award is a member of TUGİAD ( Turkish Young Business Man Association), ASKON ( Anatolian Entepreneurs & Business Man Association ), TUCSİAD (Turkish Chinese İndustrialist and Business Man Association) and DEİK ( Foreign Economic Relations Board ). He is also a Congress Member of the Fenerbahce Sports Club.
Mr. Cengiz Kabatepe was born in istanbul, in Turkey, in 1956. He completed his high school education in Kadıköy Maarif Collage and graduated from Yıldız Technical University at Mechanical Engineering branch. He had his Master Degree on Business Administration Faculty from istanbul University.
His carrier began in Ford Otosan Company and has been working to several various positions since 1975. During that term in Company of Ford Otosan he vvorked as; Internship (1975 -1981), Application Engineer (1981 - 1982), Method Engineer (1982 -1984), Production Planning Team Leader in İnönü Plant (1984 -1985), Production Planning Manager in İnönü Plant (1985 - 1986), Central Planning Manager in istanbul Plant (1986 - 1992), Production Planning Manager in istanbul (1992 - 1997), Import Purchasing Manager in istanbul Plant (1997 - 2000).
He has promoted as Assistant General Manager of Material Planning and Logistics department of Ford Otosan in Kocaeli (2000-2010) Currently he is responsible from Purchasing as Assistant General Manager. He is also Board Member of Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade / Uludağ Automotive and Sub-industry Exporters Association as well.
Apart from his mother tongue, he is fluent in English. He is married and has öne grown-up child.
In 1990, he started his professional life as Method Engineer in Service and Quality Engineering in Ford Otosan. Between 1993-1996 he worked in Marketing and Sales Area. During 1997-1998, he continued as Project Engineer; in 1998, he assigned as Project Leader and 2000 -2010 he worked as Ford Otosan Material Planning Manager. In 2010 he was promoted as Assistant General Manager of Material Planning & Logistics.
He graduated from Istanbul University, Master in Business Administration and the University of Istanbul Technical, BA, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He was born in Istanbul in 1968. He is married with two children and speaks English.
Ümit ÇEVİK was born in 1960 in Tekirdağ and graduated from Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Yıldız Teknik Üniversity. Ümit ÇEVİK, who started his career in the automotive sector at Otokar and worked as a Project Engineer between the years 1984 and 1989 and carried out mainly prototypes, tests, and legislations of Turkish Automotive Industry at OSD comities.
Then work for Enkateknik for Environmental sewage water treatment projects for one year between 1989 and 2000.
In 2000 he started to work for Mais Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş. After Sales Division as Warranty Expert, assigned as Official Engineer and Warranty team responsible and he was represented the sector as a head of aftersales comite of OSD.Meantime he has also been leading Environment and sustainable development new legislations and effects for automotive.
Ümit ÇEVİK has currently been working as a Project Coordinateur of Electrical Vehicules.
Ümit Çevik is married and has two children.
Born in 1968 in Adana/Turkey. I was graduated from Mechanical Engineerin at Çukurova University in 1990 and got my M.Sc degree in 1993 in Mechanical Engineering. I was worked as research assistant since 1991 to 1995. I was joined to TemsaGlobal team as R&D Engineer in 1997. I became R&D Chier Engineer in 2003 and managed two vehicle development project as Project Leader. Then I have promoted as Production Planning and Logistics Manager in 2008. After 3 years, I have assigned as R&D Product Verification and Support Manager in 2011. I am married and have got 2 children.
Wim Wuyts started his GM career in 1996 in Opel Belgium. He had several (international) assignments within the GM GPSC organisation. In 2007 he moved to Romania as manager for the GM Romanian purchasing team. Since 2010 he is Manager GM GPSC South East Europe and has the responsibility for the teams in Romania, Turkey and Hungary. Additionally he is leading GM Supplier Quality Electrical Systems/Batteries/Hybrids in Europe.
After his high school degree in Turkey (Region Izmir) he went to study in Germany with a scholarship. After his graduate as industrial engineer at the Technical University Berlin he worked 11 years in purchasing of Bosch Siemens Home Appliances (BSH).
Since 2001 he has been working at the Central Purchasing of BMW Group in Munich. Until 2007 he purchased as responsible team leader all fuel systems of BMW. For 4 years he has been building business relationships between the suppliers in Southeast Europe (incl. Israel), especially between many Turkish suppliers and BMW.
Prof.Tezer is General Secretary of OSD-Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association of Turkey. OSD is a non governmental organisation representing motor vehicle manufacturers in and outside of Turkey. Prof.Tezer graduated from University of Ankara in 1960, and did his post graduate studies in same University at agricultural machinery department. He quitted university after 23 years of service in lecturing and research then he joined to the automotive industry. He worked for the Ford Tractor Manufacturing Company as general manager and Daimler Benz Company as a marketing director in Turkey between the years 1983 to 1992. Prof.Tezer joined as secretary general to OSD in 1992. His day to day responsibilities include the organizing and conducting meeting in the association in different field of activities with the experts from the industry. He is representing the industry in front of the various governmental and international organizations. Prof. Tezer is also conducting various studies on motor vehicle industry of Turkey. Prof.Tezer was elected as vice president of OICA - International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers for a year in 2007.
Özlem Gülşen Arkan started to her working life in 1995 at Cumhuriyet Newspaper. Her first step to automotive sector was in 1998 at CMS Jant A.Ş. as a sales responsible. She worked from 2004 to 2006 at CMS Jant A.Ş. as Sales Manager. Özlem Gülşen Arkan was graduated from the Yıldız Teknik University as a translator and has been continuing to Bilgi University of MBA programme. Özlem Gülşen Arkan was born in 1976, knows English, French and Spanish.
Steven Young was born in 1964; studied engineering at University of Wollongong in Australia, continued his education at University of Technology in Sydney and at Australian Instute of Management and got his postgraduate degree in management at Deakin University.
Steven Young started out working for Mannesmann Australia in 1988 as special project engineer, performed various fuctions until 1994 including an assignment in Germany.
In 1994, Steven Young took over the Trainee Managing Director position for Mannesman Rexroth in Germany and in 1995 Young was assigned as Managing Director at Mannesman Rexroth Turkey. In 2001 after the acquisation of Rexroth by Bosch, Young became Managing Director of Bosch Rexroth Otomasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş..

Born in Trabzon, Turkey in 1960, Omer Burhanoglu, completed his education in Istanbul and graduated from Bosphorus University with a BS degree in mechanical engineering in 1982. He earned an MS degree in system analysis at Istanbul Technical University where he also studied business administration at doctorate level.
In plastic manufacturing industry where he thought he could best apply his engineering skills with creativity and innovation, Omer Burhanoglu began his career as an engineer at Farplas in 1983. Since then Farplas has grown from a small workshop with 20 employees to Farplas Industrial Group with a work force of 1600 in 28 years. Currently, he is the CEO and member of the board of the group.
Former Chairman of TAYSAD (Association of Automotive Parts and Components Manufacturers), Omer Burhanoglu is currently the Board Member of Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), Uludag Automotive Industry Exporters’ Union (OIB) and Turkey Ski Federation. Married and a father of two daughters, he is active in sports such as tennis, skiing and diving and takes part in social responsibility projects. As a professional photographer, Omer has a published book on photography.
Murat Baysan was born in 1970. Graduated from Bergische University Wuppertal in Germany in economics, he served in several managerial assignments in different European Countries. He was appointed as General Manager Johnson Controls Automotive Turkey in 2007. He is leading the Turkey business of JCI including MSKT, a joint venture company of JCI and Diniz Holding, a leading turkish Automotive group. In 2011, Murat is appointed as boardmember of the company ThierryDiniz.
From September 1st 1987 to March 1st 1989 Mr. Petri held the function as Planner Production Program at VDO Adolfs Schindling AG in Frankfurt.
On ‘April 1st 1989 he entered at Continental, Ingolstadt as Team Leader Production Planning & Control. He held this function until June 30th 1992. Then he took over the responsibility as Senior Manager Order Processing for Automotive Components followed by the function as Head of Order Processing.
From October 1st 1997 to March1st 1989 he left Continental to take over the responsibility as Head of Material Management and acting Plant Manager at Peguform, Neustadt.
On March 1st 1999 he reentered at Continental as Head of Logistics PB ABS. Effective May 1st 2002 he took over the responsibility as Director Central Logistics followed by the function as Director Global Supply Chain Management Cluster 1.
Barış Melek Doğan joined Anadolu Isuzu as Planning Specialist in 1998. She then moved to the Teklas Rubber Company where her responsibilities included logistics and customer service operations. Doğan was instrumental in setting up the CHEP Automotive Service Centre in Gebze, as a project manager. She joined Avon Automotive as Supply Chain Manager in 2005 during the launch of Avon Automotive’s expansion in Turkey.
Doğan Since 2008, communicated best practices in industry conferences as a speaker both in Europe and in Turkey. She initiated CSCMP Turkey Roundtable with 5 other SC colleagues. She is a member of CSCMP European Conference Planning Committee She is certified PMP and instrumental in various IT and Warehouse projects apart from other key OEM Projects in Automotive Industry. Her responsibilities are extensive monitoring of the overall objectives, operations and employee performance tracking and close and constructive communication with suppliers, and SI&OP. Her focus is now is global project launches, operational improvements.
Born on 31.08.1962 in İstanbul. Having completed his primary education in Kalamış Primary School, he continued his secondary and high school education in Saint-Joseph French High School in Kadıköy. In addition to his education life, at first he attended mechanical engineering in Yıldız Teknik University and then he completed his education with Business master degree in İstanbul Üniversity.His business life started in 1988 in Oyak Renault Automobile Company as Purchasing Engineer and then he worked for “Borusan Amortisor” in 1995-1997, “Mr.Bricolage Yapı Market” in 1997-1999 and “Trelleorg / Europlast Companies” in Purchasing, Import&Export and Quality Managership offices in 1999-2001. He moved to Bursa in 2001 and he worked for Karsan A.Ş. as Purchasing Manager for 5 years. After his experiences in the private sector for years, on 01 March 2006 he started working for Orhan Holding A.Ş. as Purchasing and Logistics Director. As of 19 October 2007, in addition to his position, he also assumed the position of Human Resources and Corporate communications Director of Orhan Holding. Mr. Zafer Kabatepe knows English and French. He is married with one son. Mr. Kabatepe, who is the member of various associations and institutions, loves travelling, volleyball and skiing. He is also interested in Auto sports as Amateur.
Patrice Colomb, (44) is Managing Director of Autoliv Turkey, world wide leader in automotive safety that design and manufacturing seat belt, airbag, steering wheels and electronics for all the OEM in the world. With more than 1500 associates and 4 plants Autoliv is the clear leader in Turkish automotive safety market. Patrice has worked for 20 years in consulting and in the industry in several countries at different managerial positions in lean manufacturing environment. He hold a MSc and a MBA. He is also CFPIM of APICS, gave lectures in various universities and wrote several articles on lean manufacturing topics.
Çağatay Dündar , born in 1973 in Istanbul and graduated from Istanbul University Engineering Faculty - Chemistry Department in 1996. He had his Master degree on Business Informatics-Administration at the same university in 1998.
Çağatay Dündar’s automotive career started in 1998 at Autoliv Cankor A.Ş. He worked as Purchasing Engineer between the years 1998-2003 and lead several localization and direct purchasing activities. In 2003, he has been appointed to manage operational activities of two satellite production units; “Retractor Spring Assembly” and “Leather Steering Production”. In 2006, he has been assigned as “Plant Manager - Autoliv Turkey Steering Wheel Production Unit” located in TOSB. Since 2008 he is Supply Chain Manager of all production units of Autoliv Turkey located in GOSB and TOSB and he is holding also the “Acting Plant Manager - Steering Wheel Production Unit” position.

Born in 1962, graduated from Istanbul Technical University Electrical Engineer, has been in the automotive sector since 1982; worked in Otokar Land-Rover, GM Turkey, Peugeot Turkey, Tırsan Trailer and DAF Truck, and assumed responsibilities in sales-marketing-aftersales area. Has been working in Nissan Otomotiv A.S. since 2004 as Deputy General Manager in charge of operations.
After his graduation form Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and Istanbul Technical University Electrical Engineering Department in both Bachelor and Master of Science, Ziya Serimazin has worked as Lecturing Research Assistant at the university and undertook Electrical Engineer and management positions in several multinational companies afterwards.
Serimazin has joined Volvo Car Turkey in 1997 and was promoted to different management positions in both Aftersales and Sales disciplines until he was appointed as Network & Business Development Director and Member of the Board in April 2008
Mohammad reza Valadi is the Supply Chain Strategy Manager in the Strategic Planning department for Automotive Irankkhodro’s industrial group (www.ikco.com). Valadi joined IKCO in 2002 at a time of development planning issues. Bringing his operational strengths and analytical approach, Valadi has been responsible for developing a supply chain strategy in IKCo industrial group. Valadi has a B.S. and M.S. degrees in industrial engineering field from “Science & Technology” and “Tarbiat Modarress” Universities in Tehran.
Over the years, IKCO has developed its capabilities and become the biggest industrial group in MENA region that performs industrial and service activities in the automotive sector in both passenger cars and commercial vehicles with 1,000,000 units of production capacity. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, IKCO respectively produced 600,000 , 680,000 and 755,000 cars and the company forecasts the production of 800,000 sets in 2011.

Born in 1963 in İstanbul. Graduated from Yıldız Technical Üniversity as a Mecanical Engineer and Business Administration from İstanbul Üniversity. He started his carieer in 1988 in Oyak Renault as Purchasing Engineer, he worked at Renault MAİS as After Sales Manager for 4 years, Renault Dealer in İstanbul as General Manager for 3 years, Citroen distributer as Deputy General Manager for 6 years and in 2010 he was assigned as General Secretary of Authorized Automotive Dealers Association (OYDER).
OYDER is responsible for representing all 1300 Authorized Automotive Dealers in Turkey (currently employs more than 100,000 people) and to protect their economic and social rights both within the country and abroad.
Mr.Atsan is married and has two daughters he speaks French and English.
Prof. Dr. Kadir AYDIN was born in 1962 in Afyonkarahisar. He got his B.Sc. degree in 1983 and M.Sc. degree in 1986 from Cukurova University, Mechanical Engineering Department. He completed his Ph.D. in the University of Liverpool, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1993. He became Assistant Professor in 1993, Associate Professor in 1995 and Professor in 2001 in Cukurova University, Mechanical Engineering Department. He is still working as Chair of Mechanical Engineering Department and Head of Automotive Engineering Division in the Cukurova University. His special areas are Internal Combustion Engines, Vehicle Technology, Combustion, Hydrogen and Electric Powered Vehicles, Alternative Fuels (Biodiesel, Bioethanol and Biogas). He is married and has two children.
Prof. Dr. Ali G. Göktan served as a faculty member from 1977 through 2006 in Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and chaired the Automotive Division for eight years. He taught several classes in Automotive Engineering, advised Master’s and Ph.D. students, directed major research and infrastructure projects, authored and co-authored a number of scientific publications. He has leaded the Automotive Technology Research and Development Center laboratory infrastructure projects and the center organization.
Currently, he is the chairman of the board and general coordinator of the Automotive Technology Research and Development Center-OTAM Inc., of which he was the founding director. OTAM Inc. was established in Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ) in partnership with Automotive Manufacturers Association (OSD), Association of Parts and Components Manufacturers Association (TAYSAD), and Uludağ Automotive Exporters Union (OİB).
Cem Sorusbay is a member of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Istanbul Technical University since 1979 and chaired the Automotive Division for seven years. He has received his BSc degree from the University of Manchester (1975) and his PhD degree from Istanbul Technical University (1985).
Prof. Sorusbay’s research interest includes internal combustion engines and modelling of combustion process. He has worked as a scientist at the University of Sheffield in England and Clean Energy Research Institute in Florida, USA on conventional and alternative fuel technologies for IC engines. He is currently been working on combustion modelling studies in relation to emission reduction and control of greenhouse gas emissions from transportation.
Dr. Jens Moeller, Senior Vice President Automotive, is the global lead for UTi’s Automotive vertical organization. He joined UTi Worldwide in the beginning of 2009 and has led the vertical teams through the recession and since then further advanced and grown UTi’s global logistics platform for integrated Automotive solutions. Jens has more than 19 years of experience in the logistics industry with a strong focus on automotive. After receiving his PhD in production logistics he began his professional career at TNT Logistics to lead a number of high-profile automotive logistics projects in Germany, Europe and Asia. In 2003, he joined Exel where he was responsible for automotive business development activities in Germany and Central Europe. After Exel’s takeover in 2005, he assumed at DHL the ownership for European automotive manufacturers with regards to contract logistics and global account management.
Jochen Freese, serves currently as Senior Vice President, EMENA Region at UTi Worldwide Inc., an international non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. His responsibility includes overseen our operations as well as agents in Central and Eastern Europe, the Nordics Region as well as South Eastern Europe and Balkans Region including Turkey. He is also a member of UTi's EMENA (Europe, Middle East and North Africa) Board and has worked for UTi since 2006 in various global positions. These included responsibility for all industry specific Vertical Activities at UTi and the Global Marketing function as a member of the Executive Board. Previously he served in different positions with the German Fraunhofer Gesellschaft in Europe and Africa, a leading organization in applied research and innovation, as well as managing specific business units. He was involved in the management and execution of applied research and consulting projects in production concepts, logistics and strategic management, mainly in the automotive and aerospace industry. He began his career in the area of productions and logistics research at University of Braunschweig and holds an engineering title (Dipl.-Ing.) of the same university. He is a member of the German Association of Engineers (VDI) and continues to serve as a board member on a couple of entities.
Abdullah Yesil,has established UTi in Turkey back in 1999 and has been successfully managing the country P&L. In 2005 he has established Balkans & Central Asia Cluster for UTi covering many countries in the region to help the group expand its foot print in the emerging markets. Before establishing UTi in Turkey, he was managing partner of Yeni Antalya a local FF company representing UTi (back then it was Union Transport) in the country. He has been in freight forwarding business since 1991 helping clients in the Fashion, Automotive and Pharma industries. He started his carrier in Freight Forwarding industry at Ulutrans, the BAX Global’s agent in Turkey right after his graduation from the Faculty of Business Administration at Bosporus University.
Born in 1975, Başak Tav graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1997. She started her career in Arthur Andersen and continued with Ernst & Young as an auditor and consultant until 2003, based in Turkey as well as in the CIS. Between 2003 and 2009, she has lead re-structuring and strategic management projects of various large-scale industrial enterprises and a number of greenfield investment projects in Azerbaijan. During the course of her work, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in leading business relations and projects in the UK, Holland, Switzerland, Dubai, Hong Kong and China. She has an in-dept experience in re-structuring and management of marketing, finance, budgeting & controlling, human resources and business support functions. Since 2009, she has been working as Marketing Director at Erdemir GROUP, the biggest integrated flat steel producer operating in Turkey.
Born in 1970, holds a BS degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering from the Turkish Naval Academy and a Masters degree in Finance from Istanbul University.
His career began at Turkish Naval Forces in 1992. Mr. Tas resigned from Navy in 1995 and started to work for private sector. He has held a variety of positions in shipping, insurance and textile sector.
Mr. Tas was named to his current position in April 2009. Before assuming his current role, Tas was director of operations, marketing and IT in Gemport
Fulvio Villa, born in 1968 in Milano, Italy. Married, father of 2 children. Graduated from Wirtschaft University, Vienna – Business Administration. Speaks 5 languages, included Turkish. Managerial experience gained throughout international logistics groups in Italy, France, Austria and at CEO position since 2000. Entered GEFCO Italy in 2004, as Automotive Dept. Manager, then was appointed in 2007 as GEFCO Turkey General Manager. Fulvio Villa is managing today a team of 150 staff located on 7 sites and has been given since 2009 the responsibility to develop new businesses towards the Middle-East region.
Born in 1970 in Bursa. Graduated from İstanbul Technical Üniversity as a Mecanical Engineer. He started his carieer in 1992 in Gemlik Azot Sanayi Amonyak as Maintenence Engineer. He worked at Bursa Reisoğlu Tekstil as Technical Manager for a year. Valeo Otomotiv in Bursa as Production Manager, R&D Manager, Project Manager, Purchasing and Quality Manager and Plant Manager from 1993 to 2004. From 2005 to 2009 he was General Manager of İnci Akü Manisa and Kiev plants. From 2009 to 2010 he was the CEO of İnci Akü .CEO and Board Member of İnci Akü from 2011 till now.
Also he is Board Member of AKÜDER and representing İnci Akü in TAYSAD, Eurobat, TÜRMEPA, TOBB, OTEP, MOSBSD, MTSO as a member.
Mr.Paker is married and has a daughter, he speaks English.
Ulf Finnman is Manager Business Development for Motor Vehicle Industry Division in Atlas Copco since 2010 Prior to this he has been responsible for the Global Project Organization responsible for all the Atlas Copco's ACTA Application Centers Globally for 2010.

Under her responsibility, Oracle Applications ERP, CRM and Enterprise Performance Products are being marketed and sold to the respective industries. The main objective is to help businesses to maximize their return on investment from the applications technology investment as well as to bring the best in class experiences from all over the world to Turkey and Central Asia; automotive industry being one of the key focus industries. Resan Yuner has been in the industry for 20+ years. She has had several Sales Management roles as well as Outsourcing, Consulting and Support and Channel management experiences from her previous companies. During these 20 years she managed two global mergers locally for her line of business successfully. Resan Yuner holds a BA Degree from METU, married and has two sons.
