PERFECTIS Private Equity

PERFECTIS Private Equity (“Perfectis”) was formed in 2000, by co-founders Gabriel Fossorier and Jean Marie Lavirotte, who had already worked together in private equity for 10 years.

To date Perfectis has completed more than 30 investments in the small cap buy-out market, half of which has been fully realised, generating an average return of 2x.

One of Perfectis’ characteristics is to realize returns mostly from growth and operational improvement, using minimal leverage. Perfectis’ increasing operational support on its portfolio, combined with sector and numerical diversification, allows ensuring returns in any economic environment.

Perfectis III is intended to continue the investment strategy of Perfectis I and Perfectis II but with much closer links with French Entrepreneurs as investor, co investor or non executive director (“the Perfectis Entrepreneur network”).
