Curtis Greve is an independent reverse logistics consultant. Prior to starting his own company in 2008, Curtis worked for Genco for 15 years where he was responsible for all reverse logistics services, including operations, systems, and customer relations. Before joining Genco, Curtis worked for Walmart Stores for 12 years, where he was responsible for Walmart’s reverse logistics division.

For the past 25 years Curtis has worked with Fortune 500 companies around the world helping them develop reverse logistics capabilities. His experience includes working with both retailers, manufacturers, third party service providers, and liquidators to design and implement reverse logistics capabilities. Curtis has worked with a wide variety of clients including hi-tech OEM’s, pharmaceutical manufacturers, consumer goods manufacturers, repair companies, 3PL’s and a broad range of retailers.

Curtis is a well know speaker on reverse logistics and has been a featured speaker at numerous events around the world. He has also been featured in articles appearing in Business Week, CFO Magazine, The New York Times, The London Times, Canada’s Globe and Mail, and France’s Logistique’ all on the subject of reverse logistics.

He has served on several industry wide committees on return reductions including the Easy of Use Roundtable and the Consumer Electronics Association. In addition to his work on reducing returns, his current role includes focus on warranty claims and technical support issues. He is responsible for understanding the customer’s concerns and implementing action plans to improve the customer’s service experience.

She is an expert in marketing strategy, and her white papers on the subject have appeared in publications such as Best Thinking. She also blogs about cleantech and sustainability topics.

Prior to Image Microsystems, Liz held the VP of Marketing berth for Austin, Texas based Patton Medical Devices where she developed and led the comprehensive global marketing effort for the i-port® injection port.

Liz has significant marketing and business development experience and has served in senior executive roles with Ogilvy/CommonHealth—a WPP ad agency, Merck/Schering-Plough, Datacolor, Lexmark, and Western Union. She holds an undergraduate degree in Education and a graduate degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
