Will I receive any information from you
in the mail?
I have two discounts I would like
to use for my conference registration; can I use both of them?
No, we do not combine discounts but we will honour the discount that is better
for you.
Do I have to pre-select the tracks
that I would like to attend during the two-day conference?
No, you can select the tracks you would like to attend on-site. Workshops,
however, must be pre-selected.
I need a receipt for my credit
card payment. Where can I get it?
For US delegates please refer to the attached document in your registration
confirmation email. The credit card charge will be at the very bottom of the
document.
For European delegates your confirmation and receipt will be mailed
to you.
When will I receive my conference
material?
Your badge, CD-Rom and other handouts, texts etc will be distributed on the
first morning of the conference.
Are all presentations available
on the web?
You receive a CD-Rom of all presentations or a hard copy at the event. Any
presentations not included in the CD-Rom or hard copies will be available to
attendees online after the event. The distribution of presentation materials
is subject to the speakers permission. Some CD-Roms are also available for

When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.
How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made online by credit card or over the phone (For US Events
call 1 888 482 6012 and for European events call +44 (0) 20 7368 9400)
Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to
offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for timings.
Can I register onto a workshop
at the conference venue?
Yes, you may register onto workshops on site and our registration personnel
will be happy to help you.
How many attendees will be at
my conference?
This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if
you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to
ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.
How can I get to the venue?
The hotel phone number is listed within the conference information. Please
contact us if you require any further information or assistance.
What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration
fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the conference
information. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please
quote you are attending a WBR conference when making your reservation.
For European delegates please book your accommodation with the
booking form provided with your confirmation letter or by following
the instructions in your confirmation letter.
What should I wear?
In the United States the dress code at the conference is business casual. The
speakers usually come in business attire.
In Europe the dress code is business suits or equivalent attire.
Special Needs
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that
we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please
do let us know when registering.
Delegate Substitutions And Cancellations
- You may substitute delegates at any time.
- WBR does not provide refunds for cancellations.
- For cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days
prior to the conference you will receive a 100% credit to be
used at another WBR conference for up to one year from the date
of issuance. For cancellations received less than seven (7) days
prior to the event no credits will be issued.
- In the event that WBR cancels an event, delegate payments at
the date of cancellation will be credited to a future WBR event.
This credit will be available for up to one year from the date
of issuance.
- In the event that WBR postpones an event, delegate payments
at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled
date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event,
the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments
made towards a future WBR event. This credit will be available
for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will
be available for cancellations or postponements.
- WBR is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of
a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of
an event. WBR shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event
is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous
event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders
performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable
or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event
shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental
restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war;
terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder,
disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction
on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any
other emergency.
- Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the
time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control
of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations
or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, WBR
reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers
and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations
will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
Will I receive any information
from you in the mail?
After the conference, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related
topics. |
