Suhail Pothigara is a recognized expert and inventor in mobile technology and digital product strategy. He currently heads up consumer mobility development for Macy’s Inc. and Bloomingdales since 2011. In this capacity, He leads teams in innovation and execution of flagship m-commerce native and web apps. These apps generate over $20MM+ in revenue, have over 1MM+ downloads and are ranked in the top 50 and top 10 on the Apple and Google markets respectively. He has been instrumental for Macy’s success in the mobile marketing space with augmented reality, geo-fencing and scanning initiatives. In collaboration with product management, he spearheads innovation pilots to create new ways for the customer to engage with the Macy’s and Bloomingdales brands in-store and on the go.

Prior to Macy’s, Pothigara started and led the customer mobile marketing program at Allstate Insurance. In that role, he directed design and technology teams of up to 50 people and coordinated with five creative agencies and two overseas IT teams.He managed a $7MM+ budget and administered full-scale projects in support of all mobile marketing programs for mobile applications, mobile websites, SMS, and other emerging mobile capabilities. As an inventor of a patent pending mobility sales solution, he evangelized innovation within the company and helped in the creation of an innovation framework which helped solved complex business problems.

Pothigara previously has played roles in e-commerce execution such as analyst, designer and project manager. He is a certified product manager and has a B.S. in Management Information Systems and finance from DePaul University.

He was raised in Dubai, UAE and speaks a number of asian languages. After moving to Chicago in 2004, he has recently made San Francisco his new home and lives there with his wife and son. He loves the outdoors, reading non-fiction and riding his motorcycle on scenic routes.

Marc Warshawsky is Senior Vice President, Mobile Channel Executive, where he is responsible for the strategy, planning, and channel management activities for the largest mobile banking provider in the U.S.

Marc joined Bank of America in 2006 as VP, eCommerce Channel Manager and led several strategic online initiatives. He was appointed Senior Vice President for Mobile Channel Management in 2008 where he was responsible for the mobile channel experience and strategic initiative portfolio. In 2009, he was promoted to his current position as Mobile Channel Executive.

Recently, Marc led the successful nationwide deployment of Bank of America’s Mobile Application and Text Banking suite which are used by over 8.5 million users. Before joining the bank, Warshawsky held various leadership positions in Product Management and Engineering at BellSouth Telecommunications in Atlanta for 7 years.

He is responsible for the group’s Lifestyle Enabled Marketing program, which targets Citi customers with unique, high-value offers. Targeting is enabled using proprietary big data analytics. The group also provides contextual offers to users of the Money2 digital wallet.

Mr. Char was previously CEO and President of Incentium/VIPGift, a corporate incentives and consumer loyalty program for Fortune 100 clients, including AT&T, General Motors, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, UPS, 20th Century Fox, and Google. Mr. Char led the acquisition of VIPGift in October 2008 in a leveraged buyout with private equity firms Summit Partners and Bridgescale Partners.

Mr. Char was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel of Blackhawk Networks, an affiliate of Safeway and the largest retail marketer of prepaid gift cards in the US. During his tenure, the company grew to $7 billion in sales. Before that, he was CEO of IC Media, a US- and Taiwan-based manufacturer of CMOS image sensors for camera cellphones. IC Media was sold to Korean semiconductor company Magnachip in 2005.

Mr. Char was Head of Global Execution and Managing Director, Semiconductor Investment Banking with the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group. Before that, he was Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking at Cowen & Company. From 1984 to 1996, Mr. Char was a partner at the law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specialized in corporate and securities law, primarily for technology companies. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 200 public offerings and more than 100 mergers and acquisitions.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Char has served as a director with more than 15 public and private companies. He currently serves on the boards of Iteris (Amex: ITI) and Netlist (Nasdaq: NLST). He has an AB in economics from Harvard College and a JD from Stanford Law School.
