Mr. Dubov is a recognized expert in Master Data Management and Customer Data Integration with a proven track record of successful large scale project implementations. He has been in Information Technology consulting for seventeen years delivering complex business driven technology solutions to Financial Services, Banking and Pharmaceutical verticals with the primary focus on CDI, MDM, CRM, data warehousing and operational data stores. Mr. Dubov has gained depth and breadth of technical knowledge in multiple areas of CDI and MDM including data and solution architecture, customer recognition, customer centric data transformations, data stewardship and data quality. He has developed strong holistic vision of CDI problem domain and CDI implementation methodology based on practical experience gained over successful project implementations. The methodology focuses on all aspects of CDI and MDM including business value proposition and drivers, technology, implementation and initiative socialization and management. Mr. Dubov is an author of over seventy publications and an author of the definitive book on the subject (“Master Data Management and Customer Data Integration for a Global Enterprise”, McGraw-Hill, 2007).
