For the second year in a row, the HCMD Awards received over 35 nominations and it is with great pleasure that we recognize the outstanding efforts of the different teams representing the Military and Civilian Services and Federal Agencies. The Awards ceremony was held last February 16, 2011 at the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington VA.
