8:15 Welcome Address & Explanation Of How The Sessions Work Choose one problem solving scenario from each workshop. Sit down with your colleagues and peers for a truly interactive experience. The scenario moderator will present your group with a specific scenario, and together you will work through the best ways to meet the challenges presented in the scenario. Collaborate within your group to determine: What are the challenges What are the possible options for addressing those challenges Which options are likely to be the most successful and why By the end of the day, you will have participated in four separate scenarios. You will not only have the opportunity to discuss the processes you have employed in your organization and hear about what has worked (or not) for others; you will gain a clear action plan for implementation to take back to your office.
