Rick Cameron has over 25 years of experience from various positions in high tech services.
Rick currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager of GlassHouse’s Customer Support Services division. GlassHouse Customer Support Services works with technology providers offering Call Center Management, Worldwide Field Service, Logistics and Installation services for their end-user customers.
Prior to joining GlassHouse, Rick founded Storage Training Partners, Inc., a firm focused on developing and delivering storage training on behalf of companies in the storage industry. Storage Training Partners, its employees and customers were successfully integrated into GlassHouse in early 2002.
Previously, Rick served as Senior Director of Education at StorageNetworks, Inc., where Rick built a practice focused on storage training and the integration of new storage technology learning to enterprise organizations. Rick was also responsible for building the internal training necessary to support the growing storage service provider.
Prior to this, Rick held several management positions for CLARiiON, then a division of Data General. Rick was responsible for growth of CLARiiON services in the areas of Education Services and Professional Services, including several worldwide OEM product rollout service launches.
Rick has an MBA from Bentley College, a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has successfully completed the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Greater Boston Executive Program. Rick is also a USA Hockey Certified Level V Master coach, developing players and coaching teams at several different levels. Rick is actively involved with USA Hockey and Mass Hockey development.
