Dick Zarski has been with Fujitsu for over twenty years and has over 25 years experience in high technology industries, bringing a strong mix of new product launch, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics management, quality and service parts logistics experience to his role as Vice President Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics for Fujitsu Transaction Solutions (FTXS). He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and management experience to his role at Fujitsu.

Dick’s newest focus area is on Managed Services PARTS logistics quality: he is responsible for ISO 9001:2000 certification for FTXS which has received numerous best practice nominations by external auditors over the past 5 years. This dedication to quality aligns well with his commitment to operational excellence for Fujitsu’s customers. Operationally, he has successfully implemented a new Reverse Logistics program for Fuitjsu North American operating companies to process repairable parts for FTXS. Dick is also Co-Chairman of the Fujitsu North American Logistics Committee charged with streamlining North American logistics practices within the United States and the world, which has resulted in significant savings to Fujitsu.

Prior to joining Fujitsu, Dick held operations management positions in various manufacturing and distribution companies. He also worked as a consultant in the Automotive industry: his efforts led to radical changes in the way car manufacturers today plan for and manage their order to delivery process. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Distribution Management from Syracuse University and resides in Southern California.

Prior to BearingPoint, Grant held senior level management positions at several Fortune 100 companies including Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, Apple Computer, Exel/DHL, and SanDisk. He is a highly accomplished senior executive with a successful track record of leading companies to business expansion, sales growth, operational efficiency, and significantly increased profitability. He has global experience creating complex, yet flexible, supply chains, call centers, and supporting operational capabilities adaptable to changing business environments.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix with concentrations in Strategic Planning, Organizational Design, and Managerial & Organizational Behavior.

Ms. Castello has over 15 years experience in planning, procurement and supply chain management. Prior to Akibia she was Director of Procurement at Mallory Ventures, Inc. and previous to that held the title of Purchasing Director at The Praxis Group, Inc. Ms. Castello received her Certificate in Purchasing Management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and speaks fluent English and Italian.

Learning to lead was only one of the many attributes Mike acquired in his six plus years with the US Army. Trained in Tele-Communication, Mike spent most of his time in leadership positions ranging from Platoon Sgt. of a Combat Support Platoon to Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of a Strategic Communication Facility.

With twenty years in global service operations and sales, Mike has held roles from that of a Field Service Engineer repairing high tech medical and analytical instrumentation to that of Executive Management leading highly profitable services business units within a Medical Device and Industrial Machinery Organization. In addition, Mike gained a wealth of FDA and ISO 9000 experience while leading the Global Medical Device Service Unit.

Initially trained as an Electronic Technician at the Wisconsin School of Electronics in Madison, Wisconsin, Mike completed a Bachelors of Science in Technical Management with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Regis University, Denver Colorado. Focusing on leadership and general management, Mike obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Edgewood College, Madison Wisconsin. Mike continues to maintain his perspective through his continued learning's in Six Sigma, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction. In his spare time Mike is an Adjunct Faculty of Cardinal Stritch University.

Rick currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager of GlassHouse’s Customer Support Services division. Prior to joining GlassHouse, Rick founded Storage Training Partners, Inc., a firm focused on developing and delivering storage training on behalf of companies in the storage industry. Storage Training Partners, its employees and customers were successfully integrated into GlassHouse in early 2002.

Previously, Rick served as Senior Director of Education at StorageNetworks, Inc., where Rick built a practice focused on storage training and the integration of new storage technology learning to enterprise organizations. Rick was also responsible for building the internal training necessary to support the growing storage service provider.

Prior to this, Rick held several management positions for CLARiiON, then a division of Data General. Rick was responsible for growth of CLARiiON services in the areas of Education Services and Professional Services, including several worldwide OEM product rollout service launches.

Rick has an MBA from Bentley College, a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has successfully completed the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Greater Boston Executive Program. Steve has successfully driven the restructuring and turnaround of Service Operations to improve Customer Satisfaction and On-Time Delivery to all time high’s, while improving Operational Excellence and reducing cost.

Prior to joining Juniper, Blaz spent 13 years at Cisco Systems, where he held executive positions leading Strategic Alliances, Global Product Services, and Global Onsite Services. His customer experience spans telecom, semiconductor, marine, and bio-medical industries. Blaz holds a degree in Bio-Medical Engineering.

Steven Craig is Vice President of Quality for Hitachi Global Storage Technologies. In his role as the company’s lead executive for Quality processes, he oversees Quality Assurance and Customer Technical Support worldwide. He is based at the company’s headquarters in San Jose, Calif.

Mr. Craig’s career has been focused on customer service and support leadership both inside and outside the hard disk drive industry. Most recently, he was senior vice president, Customer Experience, at the Dot Hill Corporation. He was promoted into that position after serving as vice president, Service and Support.

Mr. Craig also spent 11 years at Maxtor Corporation, where he advanced from account manager to senior director, Global Accounts and, ultimately, to vice president, Worldwide Customer Engineering. Prior to joining Maxtor, Mr. Craig worked in various engineering positions at Conner Peripherals in the UK and in Houston.

He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Fife College of Technology, Scotland, UK.

Mike Heldebrand is a Senior Manager in the Houston office of Ernst & Young’s Customs and International Trade practice. Mike specializes in improving and strengthening a company’s overall customs function. He has experience in assisting clients in determining compliance with U.S. Custom’s rules and regulations. Examples of projects include documentation review, import / export process reviews, identification of areas of exposure, the completion of a policies and procedures manual, and on-site customs and compliance training. He has also coordinated the preparation, submission, and activation of Foreign-Trade Zone applications for numerous companies in the energy industry.

Mike is experienced at conducting compliance assessments and opportunity evaluation reviews for global clients. Mike is experienced in utilizing Ernst & Young’s international tax network to conduct reviews for client’s aimed at reducing the global customs duties/VAT liabilities, while at the same time ensuring global compliance. Mike also has participated in systems integration projects in the area of international trade. He has worked with clients to define systems functional requirements and evaluate available software packages.

Scott Riddle joined Network Global Logistics (NGL) in 2008 and has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Scott is responsible for sales and marketing vision, strategy, forecasting and budgeting, team building, recruiting, and training. In addition to leading the corporate Sales & Marketing teams at NGL, the Service Parts Logistics operations team reports directly to him, as well.

Scott has been instrumental in the growth and development of NGL’s Service Parts Logistics business segment. His extensive client relations experience has been significant in developing and customizing integrated solutions that provide superior service, efficiency, and unparalleled visibility and control to NGL’s clients.

Previously, Scott worked for Daylight Transport, a non-asset based transportation and logistics company, holding several executive management positions, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Western Division Vice President, and Director of Marketing. He played an instrumental role in attaining the company's three-year growth rate of over 40%.

Barbara is responsible for executive level leadership of critical strategic projects within service logistics group. Her experience includes leading RoHS compliance for the Global Services Organization. During her 8 years at Sun she has also led major cost reduction programs including repair vendor outsourcing projects for storage products.

Prior to joining Sun, Barbara was the Vice President of Strategic supply and Materials for Micro Motion, a division of Emerson Electric. As the VP of Strategic Supply, Barbara led purchasing, warehouse, logistics, material planning, and commodity management functions. She has a reputation for consistently exceeding goals through her excellent people management and negotiation skills.

Barbara has an undergraduate degree from Michigan State and an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management.
