Policy for reservation/cancellation and no-show:

• Reservations can only be made through the Hotel's internet link provided.
• A credit card number will be required upon online reservation in order to confirm the booking.
• Cancellations and/or any changes should be made in writing exclusively (email or fax) to the Hotel President Wilson.
• Until January 28th, 2011, all reservation can be released without any charges.
• From January 29th, 2011 until 2 weeks prior to the event (March 13th, 2011), all partial or total cancellation will be charged for one night on each guest's credit card.
• Within 2 weeks (from March 14th, 2011), all partial or total cancellation, no-shows or early departure will be charged for the entire period requested to each guest's credit card.
• Changes of the names regarding the bedrooms' allocation will be admitted

* Check-in time is 15h00 and check-out time is 12.00 hrs.

All related bedroom charges will be paid directly by the individual guests including sundries, mini bar, cancellation, no shows and reduction of stay. Worldwide Business Research Ltd. will not be liable for any bedroom charges for reservations and expenses not made and agreed directly by Worldwide Business Research Ltd.
