For every registration received for a WBR event, WBR will donate a portion of the registration fee to Smile Train.

The Smile Train is dedicated to helping the millions of children in the world who suffer from cleft lip and palate by providing free surgery for children, free training for doctors and research to find a cure. Since 1999, we have provided free cleft surgery for more than 250,000 children who could not afford it. We have helped support hundreds of cleft treatment, education and training programs in 71 countries.
