Based on extensive industry research, Military Health Management was developed to address the most pressing issues currently affecting military medicine. Built to encompass all aspects of military healthcare the 2010 program centered on the following key themes:

1. Improving the integration and interoperability of electronic medical records to provide seamless health coverage from the expeditionary forces to returning warriors and their families
2. Optimizing combat care, casualty care and long-term psychological health support through innovative technologies
3. Strengthening the collaboration and partnerships between the DoD and VA and between the different services through knowledge sharing and health IT

We’d like to thank all that attended this year’s event as well as the speaker faculty who generously cleared their agendas to brainstorm on the most imperative challenges strategic leaders in military health management face, helping create the event agenda.
