Currently, Jill is building a model for measuring and indexing Mobile Engagement on Nordstrom’s mobile platforms, a first for the company. Additionally, Jill is responsible for building and managing the Mobile KPI report as well as building forecast models for measuring mobile feature implementation ROI.
