No, we do not combine discounts but we will honour the discount that is better for you.
Team discounts apply only to qualified companies. Team discounts do not apply to sponsoring/exhibiting companies. Team discounts must be booked and paid for at the same time.
No, you can select the tracks you would like to attend on-site. Workshops, however, must be pre-selected.
For US delegates please refer to the attached document in your registration confirmation email. The credit card charge will be at the very bottom of the document. For European delegates your confirmation and receipt will be mailed to you.
Your badge, handouts, texts, etc will be distributed on the first morning of the conference.
Presentations will be available to attendees online after the event. The distribution of presentation materials is subject to the speakers’ permission. Yes, you may register onto workshops on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you.
This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the conference information. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending a WBR conference when making your reservation. For European delegates please book your accommodation with the booking form provided with your confirmation letter or by following the instructions in your confirmation letter.
In the United States the dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire. In Europe the dress code is business suits or equivalent attire.
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.
- You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC.
- Any cancellations received in writing not less than eight (8) days prior to the conference, you will receive a 90% credit to be used at another Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.
- In the event that Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC event to be mutually agreed with WBR, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
- In the event that Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another WBR event to be mutually agreed with Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC, which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
- Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
- Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
- Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Worldwide Business Research USA, LLC reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
After the conference, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related topics.
