 Efficient Purchasing is an industry magazine for sourcing and procurement professionals in Europe. It aims to be an inspiring forum for opinions, best practice, and innovative ideas. The publication is wholly financed by the purchasing services and solutions provider IBX with the conviction that efficient purchasing is fundamental for competitiveness and value creation in any company today.

The magazine is published twice a year (spring and fall). The premier issue was distributed in September 2005. Some 8,000 purchasing pros in Germany, the UK, Benelux and the Nordic countries receive the publication free of charge. Additional on-site distribution is also available at a variety of key sourcing and procurement events in Europe. AERCE, Spanish Association of Purchasing and Supply Professionals. Established in 1981, it encompasses approximately 1.500 members distributed across eleven sections. AERCE is a member of the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM).

AERCE organises activities and provides services that promote the professional and human development of its members, and encourages their participation in this process. Provides training and opportunities for development of professional competence, such as courses, seminars, workshops and a yearly conference.

APCADEC - The Portuguese Association for Purchasing and Materials Management

APCADEC is the Portuguese Association for Purchasing and Materials Management. It was established in 1964 and congregates men and women who work in their companies in areas related to Materials Management, as buyers, stores and stocking managers, purchasing chairmen or quality dealers.

Every year, APCADEC organizes events and establishes partnerships in order to assure to the Portuguese Purchasing Professionals access to the latest news concerning Purchasing and Supply Management issues. It also has a strong relationship with Universities, not only in terms of training but also in terms of stimulating the development of a Purchasing Community involving also students (in 2010, APCADEC implemented the initiative APCADEC UNIVERSITY AWARD 2011, awarding the best post-graduation works in the areas of Purchasing and Materials Management).
