Close to 180 Procurement Practitioner Executives (from over 80 different companies) shared their hands-on insights on building best-in-class indirect procurement organizations at this year’s ProcureCon Indirect conference.

Those in attendance delved deep into both best practices for managing non-traditional category spend as well as strategic approaches to demand management, obtaining CFO sign-off on results, innovative outsourcing opportunities and collaborating with key suppliers and business users to meet – and exceed - their sourcing requirements.
