Close to 180 Procurement Practitioner Executives (from over 80 different companies) shared their hands-on insights on building best-in-class indirect procurement organizations at this year’s ProcureCon Indirect conference.
Those in attendance delved deep into both best practices for managing non-traditional category spend as well as strategic approaches to demand management, obtaining CFO sign-off on results, innovative outsourcing opportunities and collaborating with key suppliers and business users to meet – and exceed - their sourcing requirements.
We’d like to thank all that attended this year’s event as well as the ProcureCon Indirect advisory council members who generously cleared their agendas to brainstorm on the most imperative challenges procurement executives face, helping create the event agenda.
