Shondra Garrigus
Vice President Purchasing
TRI Trading
After working for a few years in the accounting department of a medium-sized law firm, I took a position handling logistics for a chemical importer/distributor based in my native city: Seattle, WA.  I spent a year and a half moving freight, making customer service calls and learning about the import business before becoming the department manager and coordinating the efforts of three logistics team members as we frantically shipped $25 million in product around the world.  Two years later, I transitioned into purchasing where I remain an avid student of the business of global purchasing.
