• All participants are presented with a couple of scenarios impacting your demand forecasts and inventory/production requirements

• Buyers are facing a single source supplier situation and need to compete for inventory, the supplier can make production and inventory adjustments based on market factors and demand

• As you move through the different scenarios, you can see the impact of your buying decisions and you can monitor your performance

• You will review in the group how people make decisions given a certain amount of information
