ALLOCATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All individual reservations must be guaranteed and confirmed. Guarantees may be made by providing written details to include a credit card number and other details including the card’s expiry date either via fax on 0207 863 3701 or via a secured website link (city.reservations@grangehotels.com ), which will be provided together with your booking confirmation.

Individual guests wishing to take up reservations from the allocations held must contact the reservations department quoting the above reference number and must confirm the client’s name and relevant details.

Reservations from the allocations once confirmed may be cancelled 48 hrs prior to arrival without incurring any charge.

Any unused rooms, once the allocation has been released, may be re-booked subject to availability and may be subject to different terms and conditions. Similarly, any rooms booked within 30 days of the arrival date (and therefore outside the allocation dates) may be subject to different terms and conditions.

In case of the cancellation of 8 rooms or more (i.e. a group), the following cancellation charges will apply
