Allen modernized trading and back office operations at Sprott, which Globefund named Sprott Canadian Equity Fund the #1 Fund in Canada for ten-year return, March 2009

Allen joined Sprott Asset Management LP, an asset management firm, as a Project Manager in August 2005. Here he modernized trading and back-office operations, beginning with a Charles River (OMS) system implementation. Allen currently manages the SAM Investment Systems team, and supports new business initiatives. Allen has over 11 years of investment industry experience. Prior to SAM, he began his career at State Street Canada managing the derivatives accounting and valuations team. In project roles within the Investment Business Solutions team of AEGON/Transamerica, successes included developing an in-house fund-of-fund trading application, migrating external derivative models and valuations to the PAM accounting system, and exploiting PAM’s Software Developer Kit to extend system functionality and more effectively meet the needs of the business. At CIBC World Markets, Allen contributed to an upgrade of Murex, a system key to their global derivatives business. Allen graduated with honours from York University’s Schulich School of Business, and there obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with studies focused in management, finance, and technology.

Ellen Lee

Ellen Lee joined TD Asset Management Inc. in 2006. In her current role, she is responsible for the trade management oversight including trading policies and best execution oversight. Previously, she worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York, focusing on risk management controls and regulatory liaison with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. She also worked in the Market Regulation team of the Ontario Securities Commission, specializing in self-regulatory organizations oversight. She obtained her CA qualification experience from the Audit and Assurance Services Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She is completing the Master of Law program at the Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development with a Securities Law Specialization. She obtained her Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo. She is a member of the Investment & Finance Committee for the Fu Hui (Canada) Foundation, a registered charity dedicated to the education of orphans in rural China. She serves as a member of the External Relations and Advocacy Committee of the Toronto CFA Society.

Milos Vukovic

Milos is responsible for developing portfolios' investment mandates, implementing asset allocation policy and trade cost analysis, among many other strategic initiatives at one of the worlds leading asset managers.

Milos Vukovic is a financial services professional with experience in asset management, compliance and regulatory affairs, risk management, project management and operations. Currently, he is a Vice President, Investment Policy with RBC Asset Management where he is responsible for developing portfolios' investment mandates, implementing asset allocation policy and trade cost analysis as well as for numerous strategic initiatives. Prior to joining RBC Asset Management, Milos worked as a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was one of the leaders of the Canadian Investment Management practice, and with TD Securities and Fidelity Investments. Milos is a holder of the CFA designation and he received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at the York University.
