Prior to Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, Mr. Kannan was Senior Vice President at NYSE Euronext. During his stint at NYSE Euronext, he has served in various senior roles across a range of businesses including Vice President, Corporate Client Group, Head of International Listings (Asia Pacific Region), and Managing Director, International Strategy and Business Development of the Exchange.

Mr. Kannan was nominated as a Young Global Leader in 2007 by the World Economic Forum (WEF), based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Till mid 2009, Sridhar was the CEO of UTI International (Singapore) Ltd., an investment management Company of UTI AMC Ltd at Singapore. He has handled various assignments covering diverse facets of investment management industry such as project financing, credit rating, treasury, project financing, infrastructure funding, equity research, business development and corporate planning, in addition to his core area of investment management. Sridhar started his career with Price Waterhouse Coppers in 1984. Subsequently, he worked in the finance division of Ashok Leyland Ltd., for three years, before he joined the erstwhile UTI, in Dec 1998. Sridhar was a member of BSE Index Committee, NSE Index Policy Committee and FTSE Asia Pacific Regional Equity Committee. Steven Michael is a founder and Managing Member of Stonehenge Capital Management, LLC, Stonehenge Asset Management, LLC, and the Manager of Stonehenge Diversified I, LLC, Stonehenge Diversified II, LLC and Forward Curve Realignment, LLC; three a US domiciled Futures and Forex funds. Steven Michael’s financial and trading career began in 1985 when he began trading in the fixed income markets and specialized in the yield curve trading and analysis. He took that experience and began development of computerized risk Management models for equity and financial options traders that are still frequently used by risk managers and are implemented by the current Stonehenge Funds.

Mr. Michael’s extensive trading experience started at the Chicago Board of Trade as a floor trader in the financial markets. He then developed proprietary models used to successfully trade the yield curve instruments. He used these models to expand into the IMM (International Monetary Market) division of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Steven has been a member in good standing of the Chicago Board of Trade as well as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Mid American Exchange, where he sat on a number of Member committees. Mr. Michael later founded a yield curve proprietary arbitrage and execution company, S & G, where his responsibilities included leading the bond basis trading and overall group risk management. When S & G was sold
in 1990, Mr. Michael began to concentrate solely on fund management and trading in the foreign exchange markets.

From 1995 through 1997, Mr. Michael directed the foreign exchange trading department of a large London and Chicago-based Investment firm Gerrard and National, where his responsibilities were to manage all proprietary trading and head global risk management. From 1997 through 1999, he was chief dealer and head of all global FX trading for Rosenthal Collins Group, a Chicago-based commodity brokerage firm. In 2000 Mr. Michael joined forces with the head macro analyst at Soros Quantum Fund to form Macro Fund – a global macro fund. In 2001, Mr. Michael sold his interest in Macro to pursue his interest of utilizing strict quantitative models and started Corymb Capital Partners and Quant-FX Management which utilized these models. Quant-FX Management implemented a proprietary quantitative mathematical model used for capital appreciation
with a precise disciplined risk management overlay model. Since 2008, Mr. Michael has been utilizing this strategy within the Stonehenge Group of Companies.

Steve Michael is currently is an Adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University. He has lectured to graduate level classes at both Florida Atlantic University and University of Miami on a regular basis.
