Per has been in his current role since 2002 where he’s Head of Trading & Execution at Nordea Investment Management (buy side) in Copenhagen overlooking 14 traders at a centralized trading desk for Equities, Fixed Income and FX . On the Equity side, Nordea Investment Management trades in 60 countries+ on a global scale and have trading relationsship with 80 brokers+ globally.

Hans Lindh studied Political Science and History at the University of Umeå from 1979-80, Economics at the University of Umeå from 1980-1984 and Business and Company Valuation at Stockholm School of Economics in 1991. Mr Lindh started as Equity Sales at Handelsbanken from 1985-1989 and the he was Head of Sales International Equities at Handelsbanken from 1990-1993. He then joined Merrill Lynch in London as European Equity Sales, Head of Nordic Region and was Member of the Merrill Lynch Executive Management Committee from 1994-2001. He was General Manager at Lidingö Vikings Hockey from 2002-2006 and is currently Head of Trading, Equities at Swedbank Robur.

Graham was initially responsible for new clients and account management and in addition now heads all new business and product initiatives including derivatives, clearing and market data strategies. He has been an integral part of the team that has become one of Europe’s largest exchanges in just over 4 years

Graham has 25 years’ experience of European equity markets. Prior to joining Chi-X Europe, Graham was a Managing Director at UBS in Paris, responsible for Continental European trading and sales trading. He started his career as an equity floor trader on both the London and Paris Stock exchanges with Credit Lyonnais.

Before joining BATS Europe in August 2008, Mr. Dalley was head of membership at the London Stock Exchange directing exchange trading sales and member firm acquisition. He also led business development for the LSE buy-side/sell-side FIX hub and spoke service. Mr. Dalley enjoys competitive long distance running and recently completed a marathon in just over three and half hours. He is also an avid golfer and a member of the Stock Exchange Golf Society. Mr. Pierron is also quoted regularly in the media, including the Financial Times, Reuters, Les Echos, Le Monde, CNBC, BBC, Financial News, France 2, Daily Telegraph, and European Banker. He is a frequent speaker on technology’s impact on strategy and market organization. Mr. Pierron was a member of the Mission Ecoter within the French Senate and of the Association pour le commerce et les services en ligne (ACSEL).

Before joining Celent, Mr. Pierron was an Internet research analyst for BNP Paribas, where he conducted a variety of market research and projects in fields such as e-finance, global B2B operations, knowledge management, and CRM. He was a member of several strategic Internet units within BNP Paribas, including those focused on financial markets.

Previously, Mr. Pierron was an internal auditor for Leclerc, the second largest supermarket chain in France. His duties there included management of an EDI implementation project.

Mr. Pierron holds an MA in financial markets from the CERAM business school in Nice, France. He is fluent in English and French and proficient in German.
