Dr. Peter Braam was a senior faculty member in mathematics and computer science at Oxford and Carnegie Mellon until 1999 and then became an entrepreneur. He founded four startups which all had their assets acquired by public companies. The Lustre File System built by one of these startups powers most of the top supercomputers in the world. When not running startups he held executive and architect positions in companies like Red Hat, Sun and Xyratex. He is currently running Parallel Scientific, which focuses on combining mathematics, computer languages and hardware technologies into high productivity tools for high performance computing and real time data analytics. Peter acts on several advisory panels to governments and academia throughout the world.

Cole B. Feinberg, Director, is a Business Development Officer on the iShares New Markets Team within BlackRock's Global Client Group. Mr. Feinberg's service with the firm dates back to 2004 including his years at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) which merged with BlackRock in 2009. He heads a team responsible for driving assets into a select suite of fixed income, emerging markets equity and commodity-focused iShares products. Prior to this role, Mr. Feinberg was a Director within iShares Capital Markets managing relationships with institutional broker dealers including iShares authorized participants and all agency desks. Before that he led the iShares Capital Markets execution services team. In this role, he worked with BlackRock's largest buy-side clients to achieve best execution trading ETFs. His responsibilities include managing key accounts at the strategic level as well as articulating the vision and steering development of the award-winning Linedata trading systems. Prior to joining Linedata in 2006, Dave spent over 14 years on the Exchange floor as a trader. Starting as a junior clerk, Dave worked his way up to manage a specialist book for various firms including Fidelity Capital Markets and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and was eventually named the Head Trader at Moors & Cabot. While on the trading floor, Dave was instrumental in developing the Bank of New York’s Direct Market Access Platform and the current intraday charting package from Bloomberg L.P. Garrett Nenner is a trading infrastructure and market structure specialist with a deep focus on improving execution for institutions. He offers unique expertise within quantitative portfolio management, trading and trading technology from his combined experiences in buy-side fund management and institutional brokerage.  Mr. Nenner has worked in the industry for more than 20 years with roles spanning portfolio management, trading, operations, technology and management. Prior to joining Rosenblatt Securities, Garrett served as MD of Global Markets & Market Structure at Momentum Trading Partners, and built the original trading desk and then managed a large high-volume quantitative stat-arb portfolio at Millennium Partners LP, the multi-billion-dollar global hedge fund. Later, he was recruited by Lehman Brothers to work on further commercializing the RealTick trading/order management platform for high-volume fundamental and quantitative clients across the U.S., Europe, Asia and Brazil.  Mr. Nenner is also a visiting instructor at the New York Institute of Finance, and built his own company, TTC LLC, which designed superior quantitative systematic capable prime brokerage offerings. In the two year stint away from ITG Alan served as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers in their Electronic Trading group. He held multiple roles at Lehman which included account coverage and sales but was closely involved with product development for their suite of algorithms and the LX crossing system.
