Not only is finding top tier talent essential for success but so is finding the talent solution that’s the right fit for your organization. Yoh’s client, a global diagnostics company with manufacturing operations in the US, struggled to find adequate talent to support their production floor for years. They needed a partner who could think outside of the box when it came to attracting quality talent. They required an MSP capable of delivering results in the form of immediate cost-savings, recruitment support across all labor categories and developing a structured program that their internal team could trust. Learn more about why Yoh’s master vendor MSP solution was the answer to this client’s challenges. The key takeaways out of this session will be:

    ·        Find out how using the right MSP can quickly produce cost savings for your organization.

    ·        Learn how various MSP solutions can be utilized to attract quality talent across all labor categories.

    ·        Understand your options when it comes to developing a structured program for your team.

Breaking free of the MSP model does not mean breaking free of vendors. Even organizations that aim to recruit contingent staffing through in-house platforms will need to partner with specialized vendors to access scarce labor and other niche needs. Explore not only the future of work, but the future of strategic partnerships. How are partners adapting to stay relevant to enterprise needs? Can direct sourcing of workers and services help during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic?
