Jill currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Rose International leading the organization’s Total Talent Solutions division. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville earning a BA in Chemistry.

Charlie Flocco currently services as the Program Manager for Capital One’s FlexForce program, responsible for managing the supplier base providing procurement services for non-associate labor. A seasoned procurement professional, during his tenure at Capital One Charlie has led strategic category development, operational strategy development, risk management and people management efforts.

During his career, Charlie has developed expertise in supplier risk management, supplier management, and indirect spend categories including professional services, consulting and contingent labor. He has shared his expertise as a speaker at The Global Source Summit, and Contingent Staffing by ProcureCon. He is also a VMSA Contributor.

Carmia Frazier

Carmia “Mia” B. Frazier is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Rose International. She is a 30-year veteran of the United States Air Force. Mia completed Basic Training as an Airman Basic and after 21 years rose to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, the highest enlisted rank that comprises only 1% of the total enlisted force.

As an Equal Opportunity Professional, Mia was hand selected to lead the first-ever team to assess the human relations climate of the Secretary of the Air Force and Chief of Staff offices. Additionally, she helped propel the service’s equal opportunity and diversity programs forward by authoring, producing and distributing video and lesson-plan based training materials to Equal Opportunity professionals Air Force wide.

Fayez Nathoo is currently Global Head Contingent Workforce Management at Marsh McLennan, the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people. Cris Robinson’s background in the contingent workforce space spans over 20 years, starting with a traditional staffing firm managing multiple branches within finance, accounting & administrative division. She then moved over to the MSP space overseeing a technology company’s CW Program Operations. Cris was instrumental in leading the program & VMS implementation into 5 countries.

Now she leads LinkedIn's Contingent Workforce Program with a focus on strategic initiatives, partnering closely with the MSP/VMS, and staffing suppliers. She is on the board of California Staffing Professionals, Silicon Valley Chapter, as the Program Chair as well as an active member with the Bay Area CW Benchmarking Group.
