Steve Zannos
is the Senior Director of Customer Care North America at Electrolux, a global manufacturer
of major appliances that includes the Frigidaire, Electrolux and AEG
brands. He is responsible for the Field
Service, Warranty Administration and Customer Engagement Center Teams in the US
and Canada, which consists of over 700 employees. Steve joined Electrolux in 2016 and has 25
years of customer service experience in the automotive, home appliance,
consumer electronics and outdoor power equipment industries.
Steve holds a
Bachelor’s Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the
University of Miami. He also manages the
largest customer service LinkedIn group, Customer Service Professionals, with over
155,000 members.
