Jean-Christophe Jaunin is the Global Head of B2C for Nespresso; in this role, Jean-Christophe serves in the global senior leadership team of Nespresso Group and oversees all Customer Experiences and Relationships (on- and off-line) to deliver memorable and frictionless experiences, own the omni-channel sales and activation strategy to deliver sustainable topline growth and lead the digital transformation of the group (data and personalization at scale) as well as the evolution of the Direct-to-Consumer business model (eg subscription).

Prior to this global role, he held various roles in Commercial, Operations and Finance, including President of B2C, Nespresso USA, CFO Nespresso USA and CFO Nespresso Asia. He is a master graduate from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.

Benjamin Zenou

Benjamin Zenou is the CEO & Co-founder of SimpliField, a New York and France-based retail technology company that enables leading brands, retailers, and wholesalers to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale. Prior to co-founding SimpliField, he held leadership roles with various technology companies, including: Vivendi in Paris, Bluebell in South Korea and Accor in New York.

He is a master graduate from ESCE in France. During his career he had the chance to work on aspects of omni-channel international e-commerce, marketplace, retail innovation or mobile commerce.
