Chris Blanchette joined Advance Auto Parts as VP of Strategic Store Operations in 2019, overseeing labor management, store systems, process and governance, communications and field execution. He previously served as the Director of Technical Operations and Innovation for Bridgestone Retail Operations. Chris started his career in the auto industry over 20 years ago as a technician at a Tires Plus location in Minnesota. He then spent 14 years with Geek Squad (Best Buy) in accelerating leadership roles. Chris received his undergraduate degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and his MBA from Augsburg College.

Steve Cheatham
Sr. Director of Customer Success

Steve Cheatham has over 20 years of experience in Retail. Before joining Reflexis, he was the Director of Retail Workforce Planning at Academy Sports + Outdoors, and prior to that, the VP of Staffing and Productivity for Stage Stores, where he was responsible for store payroll, workforce management, and e-commerce fulfillment. Previous to Stage Stores, he was the Manager of Store Staffing and Reporting at Kohl’s Department Stores. He has also held finance leadership positions at other major retail chains. Steve holds an MBA from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
