Harriet is currently heading the Indirect Procurement team of Finnair, one of the world’s longest continuously operating airlines. She has almost two decades of global experience in direct IT/SW procurement, indirect procurement and procurement contract management within telecom/datacom, financial sector, paper/wood industry and aviation in Europe and the Middle East. Specialised in building and aligning global and local procurement teams and processes, Harriet is also a strong believer in streamlining and simplifying for a right scale of risk and spend management, and the strong partnership of procurement and business.
