Finally, a Virtual Event Where You Can INTERACT

What is ProcureCon MRO?

For too long, MRO has been a fractured category.  Join fellow practitioners for a collaborative discussion on how to move MRO into the 21st century. This virtual event will arm practitioners with strategies to modernize MRO spend, gain more spend under management, reduce POs and suppliers, and benchmark against other companies.
The ProcureCon MRO Virtual Event features a series of 30-minute online presentations, case studies, fire-side chats, panel discussions, and town halls from MRO leaders driving change.

Our Speakers:

"This is the best single event I have attended that is focused just on MRO. Key contacts from many organizations were in attendance."

Most firms have no risk management plan related to MRO supply chain and is often overlooked or ignored in comprehensive risk management plans. But the recent crisis strained the ability to create supply to keep up with demand, so how can procurement ensure the supply chain is equipped to identify disruptions and adapt quickly to minimize the impact? This panel will help you move beyond the COVID-19 pandemic and design a comprehensive program to mitigate future supply risks.

    • Identifying where things broke down, and how agile the team was to quickly fix it
    • Building a matrix to categorize the types and probability of risks and their potential impact: natural disaster, geopolitical, export/import trade, regulatory, and more
    • Risk is often mitigated with some combination of excess inventory, time, or resources. Which is the most important and how do your suppliers optimize this buffer?
