Matthew has 20+ years of Global SC experience working at PepsiCo, Smith&Nephew, GSK and now Teva. He has lived and worked in Australia, Singapore the US and now the UK and has had over 60 country operations report to him at various times. His focus has always been on Service, Quality and Cost improvement and his roles have varied from Warehousing, Supply Manager, Buyer, Planning, S&OP and more recently overall Logistics control. His focus for the past 5 years has been End2End Transformation in Supply Chains and currently is rolling out an outsourcing strategy at Teva that will help to manage and control the almost $600m of logistics spend.
